The Primers

A Propædeutic Enchiridion for each of the three crafts —
the mind, the house, and the physics beneath both.

The Artificer’s Primer

For the Making of Thinking Engines, Built Upward from the Matrix

Ends with your own persistent agent daemon on your own hardware — tokenizer, attention, KV cache, inference server, router, vector index, and policy engine all built by hand before any library is allowed. Runs on tinygpt (Python, numpy only) and aec (Go).

The Hearthwright’s Primer

hp.wntrmute.dev

For the Keeping of One’s Own Machine, Kindled from a Single Ember

Ends with two machines you wrote: ward, a jailed Linux-KVM VMM for the NixOS hosts you already have, and hearth, a type-1 unikernel hypervisor with no host kernel in the TCB. Where the Artificer builds the mind, this one houses it.

The Wyrdwright’s Primer

qp.wntrmute.dev

For the Reckoning of Amplitudes, Built Upward from a Single Qubit

Ends with you able to reckon with any quantum algorithm — derived from a single qubit, built in tqp (numpy only), and verified against a real cloud QPU. Not a lower floor of the same stack: a different physics entirely. The Artificer and Hearthwright build the machine you run on; the Wyrdwright builds the machine that runs on physics.
